Your Word for This Day: Lift your vision!

Wednesday, May 8, 2013

“Lift up your eyes on high, and see who has created these things, who brings out their host by number;
He calls them all by name, by the greatness of His might a
nd the strength of His power; Not one is missing.”

Isaiah 39:26

You are not what you have been through. Understand that  today my friend. You may have been through some things, visited some places and met some people, but you are not those things, those places or those people. You are you! Wonderfully created by God who loves you and has great plans for you.

Let this knowledge cause you to lift your head today! This may be the day of your breakthrough, of your freedom, of your liberation from the past mistakes and from the opinions of people. God has created all things and He knows every part of His creation inside out—especially you. Nothing in your life has taken Him by surprise. He knows every step (and misstep) you have and ever will take and He has not disqualified you from fulfilling His divine destiny for your life. Because of Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross, you are positioned to prosper and poised for success!

Lift your eyes heavenward and keep your eyes on Jesus. Lift your vision! Keep your gaze fixed on the One who has created all things and is sovereign over all. He has the ability to realign and readjust all things in your life so that you can walk in His perfect will and reap the blessings of obedience. He calls you His own and He has all power to bring you to your life’s destination as you stay focused on Him!
