Your Word for This Day: “It’s Possible!”

Thursday, March 12, 2015

“But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26

This verse is just for you today. It is a reminder that we cannot live this life on our own. We need God. Our efforts, our intelligence and our strength will never be enough to achieve what we set out to do, but with God all things are possible!

With God —This speaks of partnership.

God has a great plan for your life, but He needs you to say “Yes” to this plan, even if you don’t know all of the plan. He will not force us to do what we don’t want to do; He’s a good Father. As we choose to obey the leading of the Holy Spirit, and build our lives upon the principles of God’s word, we will see that we are able to accomplish what we once saw as impossible.

All Things—This speaks of limitless possibilities.

There is nothing too hard for God to do and we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are equipped and empowered to access all that God has made available to us.

Are Possible—What we dream, can be achieved. It can be done!

Nelson Mandela once said, “It always seems impossible until its done.” Things may seem impossible now, but if you trust God and keep moving forward, one day you will look back and see what you came through and what you have accomplished and it will astonish you.

As you work towards achieving your goals for 2015 and endeavour to mature in your relationship with Jesus Christ, remember that there is nothing that you and God can’t do together. Greater is He that is within you, than he that is in the world. God makes the difference! God is the difference!

With Him, all things are possible!
