“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:2
This is a time of transformation, a season of change.
God is doing a new thing in the Body of Christ and people all around the world are being awakened to the reality of living victoriously each day of their lives.
We are being challenged to know and live out our God-given identities, max out our divine potential, walk worthy of our callings and accomplish our destinies. Because of what Jesus Christ has done, we don’t have to live under the weight of mental oppression, in the storms of emotional turmoil or be plagued by demons of the past!
Whom the Son has set free, is free indeed!
As children of God, we are not to be conformed to this world—meaning, we are not to be so similar, so much like, so reflective of this world because it often at odds with God’s word. We must be transformed and transformation comes by rejecting ignorance, reading and meditating on the Word of God and allowing Truth to renew us in our minds.
As our minds are renewed, we will be able to prove what is that good, acceptable and perfect will of God. That means we don’t have to live the hit-and-miss lifestyle. We don’t have to live lives of guilt, condemnation and fear.
As we read the word, we will be guided in truth and be empowered to make wise decisions that please God and bring us victory. We can make the choices that will cause us to become all that we were created to be – and most importantly, we will look more like Jesus.
As we spend time daily in God’s word, with the Holy Spirit, God’s truth will infiltrate our hearts and minds and we will begin to change from the inside out. It’s all about transformation!
