Your Word for This Day: “Made in His Image, I Carry His Presence”

“that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith…” Ephesians 3:17

Yesterday, I concluded the devotional by stating that you are greater than you know because the Great one lives in you.  How true this is!

The Great one, He who left heaven and came to earth to die for us as the penalty for our sins.

The Great one, He who was ridiculed, rejected and crucified on our behalf.

The Great one, He who rose triumphantly on the third day, defeating Satan and the power of darkness and reconciled us back to God.

The Spirit of this Great One, Jesus the Christ, dwells in your heart through faith. He has taken up residence in you, in the presence of His Holy Spirit, because you believed on His name.

You are a vessel with a great treasure inside. As a believer in Jesus Christ, you carry the glory of His Presence in you.

This is who you really are. Made in the image of God, Carrying the presence of God.
You are set apart for a holy calling. You are consecrated for a holy purpose. To carry the presence of the Son of God into the world and through your life, reveal Him to those around you.

Today, we let’s continue to readjust our how we see ourselves based on what the Bible says about us.

You are not ordinary.

You are a carrier of the presence of God.

You can walk confidently today into any place that God leads you because of who you carry.

Have a beautiful day!
