“In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.” John 14:20

“…I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you…”

This is the beautiful mystery of being a child of God. Through faith, we enter a relationship that is greater than anything that we can ever imagine.

In Jesus Christ dwells the fullness of God. All of His love and mercy, grace and forgiveness is expressed through His Son. Then, through salvation, we who were dead in sin, come alive in Christ and He comes to live in us in the presence of His Holy Spirit.

Daily, as we obey His words and submit to Him, His presence in us transforms our image. We are changed from the inside out, and through it all, Christ is seen in us.

The revealing of Jesus.

This is what it’s all about.

Through your life, Jesus is revealed. His love and compassion are expressed. His mercy and forgiveness are demonstrated. His joy and peace are displayed. And His confidence is manifested.

Through your words and actions, others can see what a life touched by God really looks like and what is possible to those who believe.

(Just a note…It’s not about being perfect or always doing or saying the right things… it’s about becoming like Jesus through process. His Spirit empowers us to know what is right and to do it, to resist the temptations of the flesh, to love even when it’s difficult, and to get back up when we fall down. We reveal Jesus when we choose to surrender to the will of our Father in the real situations of our lives. And in this process, God is glorified 🙂 )

Lord Jesus, take our lives today and use them for your glory. May we learn at a deeper level that you are our confidence and that everything that we need is in you. May the world see you in us as we obey your word and submit to your Spirit in us today. Amen.

Love and Blessings,

Michelle
