Your Word for This Day: “I have Confidence”

Monday, February 29, 2016

“But he knows where I am going. And when he tests me, I will come out as pure as gold.” Job 23:10 NLT

Walk with Confidence.

This is what God desires of us. ‘Tis true!

We have every reason in the world to be confident – God has saved us, forgiven us and cleansed us. He has given us new life and put His Spirit in us so that we could live it to the max! He has demonstrated His perfect, unconditional love to us in Jesus Christ and He has promised to be with us to the end, no matter what and He doesn’t change His mind.

If we are not confident in our God, we will live very sad lives. We will be slaves to external circumstances, imprisoned by the opinions of others, flipping between societies’ ever changing opinions and anxious about what the future holds.

But, that is not the life that God has designed for His children and I’m sure that’s not the type of life you have envisioned for yourself. So, we must trust God and be confident in Him. He knows the path that you are taking, trust me… He has it all mapped out.

Every test, every challenge, every difficultly that you face is working to build within you character, capacity and competence so that you will be able to accomplish your life’s purpose and bring glory to God! You will be able to confidently walk out your destiny knowing that you have been prepared and are ready for it!

confident leap

So today, in honour of today’s special date – the 29th of February, I encourage you to take a L.E.A.P.

L – Learn what you can (invest in yourself)
E- Expect great things
A- Accelerate in your thinking
P- Prepare yourself for your future

Take a leap  and believe that God has empowered YOU to do who He has called you to do!
You can do it! You can build it. You can accomplish it! You can open it! You can share it! You can write it! You can produce it! You can design it! You can teach it! Yes, you can! He is with you!

Have a blessed day!
