Your Word for This Day: “Faithful to Give Thanks!”

Friday, June 24, 2016

“Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever.” Psalm 136:2

happy

Faithful, faithful, faithful is our God

I am reaping the Harvest God promised me

Take back what the devil stole from

And I rejoice today

For I shall recover it all!!!

Yes, the words of the song sum it up.

We are going to be faithful in giving thanks to God because He is faithful to keep His word to us.  Every promise that is given or written shall come to fulfillment because of the faithfulness of our God.

Today, we give a high note of praise in thanksgiving for all that He has done, is doing and will continue to do.

Let us increase our expectation of Him.
Let us celebrate His goodness to towards us.
Let us boast about our God.

It is a good thing to give thanks to our God for He is good, and faithful and His mercy endures for ever.

Stop whatever you doing and raise your hands, your voice and your heart in thanksgiving to Him.

Don’t look at what is happening around you.  Look on the inside of you. Feel the beat of your heart.  Appreciate the inhaling and exhaling of your breath.  Clap your hands and feel the muscles in your body move.  Stamp your feet and wriggle your toes.  Yes, you are alive and well.  You are clothed and fed.

Oh give thanks to the Lord for HE is good.

Let us be faithful in giving thanks and rejoicing in the Lord.

Bless somebody today.  Give thanks for your friends and family.  Give thanks for your success and challenges.

Give thanks for everything!

Today we will be faithful in thanks giving.
Have a blessed thanksgiving day and a glorious weekend!!!
