Don’t let anyone fool you… What you say matters! The words that you speak count – they have power! What you confess determines what quality of life you will experience in this earth.

The word “confess” comes from a Latin word which basically means ‘to agree with’ or ‘to say the same thing.

We must agree with what the word of God says.  This is a powerful act of FAITH.  Activating the promises of God through the words that you speak, prepares your spirit to expect and receive the favour of God.

When you forcefully and confidently confess the promises of God until they enter your subconscious and seep into your heart and mind, it will affect the way you think, the way you feel, the way you perceive the world and the way you live your life.

Your confessions are powerful.  Whether you make positive or negative confessions, what you say reflects what you believe and what you believe shapes your life.

Positive declarations show that you are agree with God’s words.  Negative declarations show that you are agreeing with the enemy’s words.  As we read in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue”.

When you learn to confess and declare the favour of God, you will begin to see that favour with more regularity in your life.

Today, choose what you will speak over your life. Faithfully speak God’s life-giving word and let it rejuvenate your soul, refresh your spirit and revitalize your purpose!
