Your Word for This Day: “Are you Engaged?”

Thursday, July 28, 2016

“He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” Ephesians 4:16

It takes a T.E.A.M. to make a dream a reality!

T – Togetherness         E – Engagement          A – Availability           M – Motivation

The E in TEAM is for engagement. For a team to work, the members must be engaged.

Jesus is the one who called the Church, His BODY.  A body is made up of different parts as we all know.  God makes the whole body fit together perfectly.  Perfectly.   No one out of alignment.  As we submit to God, He is able to put us exactly where we need to fit.  It is a perfect fit.

However, we must be willing to be engaged, to be used by God so that we can be placed.

Each of us has a part to do, a special work. That special work is absolutely necessary if the whole body has to be fitted perfectly together. As we do what we were created to do the other parts of the body are helped. They are able to develop and grow accurately because what they need is being supplied by our special work.

The Church, the body of Christ, globally and locally will never come into its fullness until every joint, every member is accurately fitted into his or her place.

As we allow ourselves to be fully engaged, no holding back or any form of double mindedness, there would be an increase flow of the anointing that would flow in our midst.

Let us commit to be fully engaged wherever God has placed us. Your blessing is in your engagement.  Your efficiency and effectiveness is in your engagement.  There is no one man anointing or no one man super power.  Let us be united, let us be tied together.  Each part doing its special work, helping the whole body to grow well and strong in the Lord.
