Your Word for This Day: “It’s greater than You know!”

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” Ephesians 3:20

exceeding-abundantly

Exceedingly. Abundantly. Above. Are we getting it yet? Our God does great things – bigger and better than anything that we can imagine.  Why? Because He’s a great God, who has great plans and He loves His children so very much.

It’s a sobering thought to know that in my own life, I’ve limited God. Allowing fears, insecurities, doubts and the opinions of others to place a lid on how much I would allow God to do in and through me. But, thank God for the revelation through His word! It’s time to take the lid off… There is so much waiting to be discovered and experienced with Him.

I once heard Bishop T.D. Jakes say, “Your penthouse idea is God’s basement thought.” Wow. That means that when we have reached the highest of what we thought possible, God is now getting started. And, He desires to do His great works through His mighty power resident in us. Just imagine that!

Just think of what God could do in and through YOU if you let Him!

God has placed great power, His power, on the inside of each one of His children that is greater than anything that we can imagine. As we agree with God’s will and make ourselves available to be used by Him, He will use us to do mighty things in the earth.

Remember today, God has an agenda to fulfill in the earth and you are part of the plan. You have great power and you will be used by a great God to do great things and bring Him great glory!
