“Those who trust in the Lord are as secure as Mount Zion; They will not be defeated, but will endure forever.”  Psalm 125:1 NLT

It is truly awesome and life-changing when you trust in the Lord with all of your heart and not lean on your own understanding, according to Proverbs 3:5-6. As you choose to rely on Him you gain a sense of peace that keeps you in the worst of times and the best of times.

Trusting in the Lord means trusting in His word, because God and His word are one. The amazing thing about the word of God is that it doesn’t matter how long it takes, what God says will happen, will happen!

Put your trust in His word. It will strengthen you and keep you in every situation. God’s word never fails. It is truth. It is already established in the heaven and on the earth. Nothing can change that. Settle it in your heart and put your trust in the Lord.

Today’s Declaration: I will trust in the Lord and rely on His word, because there is power in His word.
