“And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. ” Jeremiah 29:13
Every great move of God is preceded by intense prayer and seeking. We read in the Book of Daniel how God moved on him to seek the Lord in prayer and fasting on behalf of the people (Daniel 9). We read in the Book of Nehemiah how God moved on Nehemiah to seek Him so that the walls of Jerusalem could be rebuilt (Neh.1). We read in the Book of Esther how God moved on her and Mordecai to seek his face so that he could bring deliverance to the Jews from the hands of Haman (Esther 4).
The same is true for us today. There must be an intense and intentional seeking of God as we continue to pursue our God given destiny. This is no time for any half-hearted attempt to fellowship with God. This is the time for us to engage in a concentrated and focused relationship with God. Every part of us must be engaged in this.
As we do so, we will receive what we are praying and believing God for. God would do the impossible on our behalf. There must be no separation between us and our goal, which is the presence of the Lord. No distractions. No obstacles. No attack from the enemy would be able to derail or abort our purpose.
This is the time. Now is the opportunity. Lay everything aside and seek your God with all of your heart and I promise you that you will not be disappointed or come away empty handed. God is waiting on you to pursue Him with all of you. Seek the Lord while He may be found.
