Your Word for This Day: “Living a Powerful Life”

Monday, November 13, 2017

“He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.” Isaiah 40:29

Do you feel weak and burdened?  Do the cares and pains of this life seem to weigh you down?  God gives power to all who are faint, tired and weary.  You do not have to continue feeling this way.  Draw from your Father’s bottomless well of power.  He has made it available to you.  It is free and it is guaranteed to provide the needed results.

Psalm 121:1-2 declares, “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.” Run to Him today and let Him increase your strength.  Wait on Him.  Wait for Him.  He will come and help you.  You will be able to climb every mountain and walk through every valley. When you look back at where you have come from, you will see only one set of footprints and realize that He carried you mounted on His shoulders.

Today, run to the Rock of your salvation.  Let Him renew your strength.  Let Him teach you how to mount up with wings like eagles so that you will not become weary or faint.  The impossible will become possible as you invite God to come in and take control of every situation that is causing you distress.  Trust your God to empower and strengthen you to continue your journey towards your destiny.

Lord, today I need help to believe Your Word. Lord I believe, but please help my unbelief.  I need You to come and pick me up today Lord and carry me on Your shoulders.  I am relying on You to come through for me as You said in your word.  I thank You Lord for Your help and Your grace.  Amen.
