Your Word for This Day: “Committed to Him”

Thursday, December 21, 2017

“Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble.” 2 Peter 1:10

God has promised to keep us in the palm of His hand and to carry us in His bosom. NEVER forget that ye are bought with a price… The BLOOD of JESUS. You are priceless cargo; therefore the enemy will put up a hard fight to keep you in bondage to a life of sin.

Commit yourself to GOD for He is able to keep that which we commit unto Him. Learn to talk to GOD for yourself through daily prayer for He said when we call He will answer.  Build up your faith by praying in your heavenly language, for we speak mysteries unto GOD. Read the Bible daily and underline the scriptures that speak to you. Meditate on them and commit them to memory as they are your weapons when the enemy attacks. We must be diligent to invest in our spiritual growth so that we stand and not stumble as we journey.

Today’s Declaration: I will invest in my relationship with God and be diligent to grow spiritually so that I will not stumble.

Your Word for This Day: “I’m Safe in His Hands”

Wednesday, December 20, 2017

“But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand.” Isaiah 64:8

In the midst of the storms of life, God wants us to praise Him. When we don’t understand what’s going on in a particular season of our lives, we must continue to give God thanks because He is in control.

Whatever season we are walking through, remember that He is working it out and most importantly, He is working in us. God is shaping and forming us into the very image of His beloved Son Jesus Christ.

It is God’s desire that we reflect the character of Jesus and to do this, we must give all of ourselves to Him. He is the Potter. And He is shaping and moulding us into a vessel that pleases Him. I encourage you to yield to the process because you are safe in His hands. God is a master at making us into who He wants us to be.

Today’s Declaration: I submit to the hands of the Father. He is moulding and shaping me into a vessel that He can use.

Your Word for The Day: “Peace is Mine”

Monday, December 18, 2017

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14:27

One of the things that all the riches in this world cannot give to us is a perfect peace of mind. It is cannot be purchased it has to be received because peace is a gift from God. And like any natural gift, you must receive it to possess it.

The One to whom we belong is called the Prince of peace. Peace is who He is. And so out of His love for us He has willed His peace to us.  It is ours if we accept it.

Thank you Jesus!! Hallelujah!!

Today, walk in the knowledge that you do not have to look for peace. Peace has already been given to you. You don’t have to be afraid or worried about what you’re going through. You can journey through your situation with peace.

Today’s Declaration: As I stay in the word of God I have peace of my mind and heart. I will not allow anyone to steal this peace.

Your Word for This Day: “Sharing His Love”

Friday, December 15, 2017

“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.” 1 John 4:7

Our God is such an awesome God, that when we think about Him our hearts swell with gratitude for all that He has done, is doing and is yet to do. Loving God comes so easy to us, His redeemed children.

But loving people? It is so much easier to love God than to love people. It takes some doing, some praying and some real submission. However, it does not matter how hard it is to do, we are commanded to do it. Beloved, we have to love one another.

We have to be faithful to love those who treat us good and those who treat us unkindly. Those who understand us and those who do not. Let’s commit to be faithful to love so that we can reap love. Love is of God and  everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. We know Him and that is why we can love Him and others.

Today’s Declaration: With the help of the Holy Spirit, I will love people as God has loved me. I will be a conduit of His love.

Your Word for This Day: “Trusting in His Love”

Thursday, December 14, 2017

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ” Romans 8:35

Do you know how much you are loved by God? Have you come to the realization that God’s love for you supersedes everything in this world? Isn’t that just  amazing?

Oh, this is such a powerful revelation. The Almighty God loves us so much! He loves us with an everlasting love. Nothing can separate us from His love.  Each day we can see different facets of God’s love, as we stay connected to Him. There is no comparison between God’s love and man’s love for us. God’s love is unconditional and eternal.

I encourage you to trust and believe in God’s unfailing love, which has secured victory for us on Calvary. Embrace that fact and let it be cemented deep in your heart and mind that you are loved by a God who is love.

Today’s Declaration: I know that nothing can separate me from the love of Christ. In Him, I have victory!

Your Word for This Day: “It’s Perfect Love!”

Wednesday, December 13, 2017

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18

The love of the Father – it’s absolutely amazing. Through the word we learn just how much God loves us. To know that you are loved not for what you do, or what you have, but solely because you were created by Him speaks to the deepest parts of our existence. We were made to receive and give love.

The love of God is powerful because it is perfect. Complete. Pure. The love of our Father is such a force, that when we embrace it, it drives out all that is not like it, including fear.

The love of God removes torment. It brings joy, peace, hope, life and confidence. That is your inheritance. We have been given Abundant life. Let’s choose to live it – in love – fully, deeply and truly.

Today’s Declaration: God loves me completely. I choose to trust in God’s love for me.

Your Word for This Day: “Living on Praise Avenue”

Monday, December 4, 2017

“Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” Philippians 4:4

This is the day that God has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! What a beautiful way to begin this day, and any other day that you see the rising of the sun. Truly God is good to us.  Truly He has done great things.  Yes, we will give Him praise and lift His name on high.

Today, unlike any other day, let the high praises of God be in your mouth.  Come on, lift your voice, clap your hands and give a shout of triumph and victory. Do not count the problems.  Count the blessings.  Instead of focusing on what you do not have, enjoy what you do have.

Praise is also a weapon of war. In Psalm 149, verse 6 it is described as a two-edged sword.  The enemy hates it when we praise, so make him mad. Praise the Lord with all your strength.

There is power in praise.  There is victory in praise.  There is healing in praise. There is deliverance in praise.  There is anointing in praise. Come on, my friend, let us Praise the Lord!!!!!!!

Father, I praise You.  I rejoice in Your love and Your goodness.  I bless Your holy name.  Lord, You are good and Your mercies endure forever. Lord, I lift Your name on high today.  I give You a high note of praise that You truly deserve. Lord, I will continue to bless and praise You for the rest of my days.  Live in my praises Lord and rejoice over me with singing and dancing today.  Amen.
